them. A lot of these cases are elderly or disabled, yet some of them are people who just do not have
the resources to repair their homes. Some have a little money but the labor cost is more than the
materials and they can either afford one or the other but not both. Volunteers fill in this gap and
help families living in sub standard housing get back into a safe DRY place to live.
